The Truth About Success…

Regardless of what your dream is, the road to success brings forth similar challenges and obstacles.

It’s important you prepare yourself. Don’t expect a smooth ride.

In order to get to the light, you first have to make it through the darkness. The same principle applies to success, before you can succeed, you first have to struggle. For that reason, below are eleven inevitable’s of success, things you are bound to see and emotions you are bound to feel on this path to riches and enriched realities.

1. You will feel pain

In order to grow, you have to feel pain.

It’s like working out, before your muscles can get big, you first have to put them through pain. You have to break them down which in return results in them becoming bigger than they were previously. The same rule applies to success in life; you are bound to go through pain. You are bound to go through hell. Nothing worth having comes easy. You will feel it mentally and you may even feel it physically. This is the price you pay. You will get dragged in the mud and people will laugh at you when you tell them what you are trying to accomplish. People will point fingers at you and criticize you which will further create more pain.

But the more you endure the better you will become.

2. You will cry before you get it

There’s going to be days when you feel like your dream isn’t meant to be. You will drive yourself crazy and you’ll break down. You’ll think about it all. From the thoughts of failing to not being able to create the life you had envisioned for you and your family.

This pain will bring out the tears. There will be days where you will feel defeated and will feel like giving up, but don’t you do it. You can either quit and feel that pain forever or you can continue and feel that pain just for a short period of time.

Success is only reserved for the brave, not the weak.

3. You will lose your friends

People grow at different rates. On this path of success, you are bound to outgrow some of your friends. It’s not your fault and it’s not their fault, it’s just life. Deal with it.

In addition, real friends come dime a dozen, everyone is not who they appear to be. The closest of friends will become the darkest of enemies in a matter of seconds.

You cannot let this distract you or let it get to you, you have to keep your head in the right place and remain focused.

4. Your family will discourage you

Your family means well and they don’t want to see you struggle. Before you can succeed, you will have to struggle and your family does not want to see you in this state so they will try to discourage you. They mean well, they really do, but you cannot let their words influence you.

Without struggle, nothing will ever come your way.

You have to get down and you have to get dirty.

Yes, it’s going to be tough, yes, the early days are going to seem like hell, but just keep marching on. Don’t let the naysayers create your reality. Instead let your thoughts shape your world.

5. People will hate you for no reason

The more haters you accumulate, the better you are doing.

No one hates the homeless person stretched out on the corner of the street because he has nothing going for himself. However, the people who are chasing the world and everything the world has to offer will create resentment end jealously in others. It’s not your fault.

It’s not your fault others are too cowardly to pursue their own dream. It’s not your fault others would rather resort to hating you rather than getting off their ass and creating a better situation for themselves. Don’t trip and don’t let it get to you.

6. You will almost talk yourself out of it hundreds of times

At times it’s going to feel like it’s never going to happen for you. Believe me, there’s going to be days like this. You’re going to start thinking maybe your family was right and maybe the haters had some truth behind their statements, but this is completely normal.

However, you better not stop.

So many people have stopped when success was right around the corner. I know it seems hard and it seems like it’s going to rain forever, but if you hold on and keep trying and keep clawing away, the sun will soon shine because it will never rain forever. The only question that remains is whether or not you will be there to greet the sun.

7. You will doubt yourself thousands of times

Doubt. Fear. Insecurities, all of these evil headed traits will creep up.

You will begin to think you are not good enough. When things aren’t going your way, you’ll doubt yourself and your abilities. Every successful person has doubted themselves, we may walk around like we are confident in our abilities, however behind closed doors we all doubt ourselves to some degree, however be that as it may, you cannot give in to your doubts because the sole purpose of doubts is to kill your dreams. Don’t give in and don’t feed your doubts.

8. You will get discouraged when you don’t see the results you desire

When you first begin your quest to pursue your dream, the results will not come…they will not come…it’s going to be very tough to deal with this and hence you are bound to get discouraged.

But remember, before you can accumulate the results you desire, you first have to pay your dues. A lot of people just want the results, without putting in the work. You know what these people are called? Failures…because they will never succeed since they are not willing to get their clothes dirty.

9. You will lose money and you will lose time

Two of your most valuable assets, you will lose on this path to success.

Success requires mastery and in order to master something, you will have to devote a ton of time to the task at hand.

10. You will fail countless times

Before a baby learns to run, he/she falls countless times. The same will happen to you on this journey. You will fall flat on your face. You will fail more times than you could have ever imagined…but just remember one thing…

11. It will all be worth it

Regardless of everything mentioned above, it will all be worth it because there is no better feeling than waking up in the morning and realizing you are living the dream.

So keep climbing and keep it moving, let no one get in between you and success.

If you can handle the above, you have what it takes to succeed…and isn’t that what life is all about? Succeeding and creating an extraordinary life for you and those you love.

Success is either days, months, or years away…the harder you work, the faster it will come. You are destined to succeed so become unstoppable and stop at nothing less because in the end, everything you endure will make you everything you ever wanted to become.
